Application description

The isolation amplifier TVA-120-U0 is used for galvanic isolation or for conversion of a signal into another signal. The integrated sensor supply allows the direct connection and by this the supply of 2-wire-transmitters and of 3-wire-transmitters.

The variant with input PFM signal 90..520Hz in combination with a suitable PFM sensor e.g. fill level transmitter Hydrocont B is especially suitable for the signal transmission at long distances (multipe 1000m).

Function description

The isolation amplifier TVA-120-U0 is conceived for assembly on rail fastening appropriate to DIN EN 50022 - 35.

Because of the integrated wide input power supply for supply voltages from 20...253V AC and DC, the supply isolation amplifier is suitable for using in all common international energy supply networks.

The activation of the device is signalled by a front sided integrated green LED.
A connected sensor can be supplied by an integrated sensor supply.
The current or voltage or PFM signal is supplied to the input of the isolation amplifier and will than be transferred galvanically isolated to the output
