Zus\u00e4tzlich sind bis zu 4 einstellbare Grenzwerte m\u00f6glich, um direkte Steuervorg\u00e4nge vom Sensor auszul\u00f6sen. Ein integrierter Datenlogger erm\u00f6glicht zudem, bis zu 500.000 Messwerte zu speichern und somit die Substratzuf\u00fchrung der letzten Wochen zu analysieren.
