as you may already know, ACS-Control-System GmbH was became part of Senseca <\/strong><\/a>in August 2025. Senseca is a market-leading company in sensor technology for process & automation applications<\/strong> and environmental monitoring<\/strong>. This strategic move has strengthened our capabilities and opened new opportunities for innovation.<\/p>\n

We are now entering the next phase of the integration: ACS-Control-System GmbH is expected to be fully integrated into Senseca Germany GmbH as part of a merger effective July 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

These changes reflect our commitment to a unified global presence and to delivering even greater value through shared expertise, innovation, and sustainability.<\/p>\n

What changes for you in our cooperation?<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Company integration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    ACS-Control-System GmbH will be fully integrated into Senseca Germany GmbH as of July 1, 2026:<\/p>\n

    1. Contracts and business conditions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      All existing contracts as well as terms of sale and delivery remain valid and unchanged.<\/p>\n

      As of July 1, 2026, the General Terms and Conditions of Senseca Germany GmbH shall apply for new contracts and agreements: https:\/\/www.senseca.com\/terms-conditions\/<\/a>. These replace the previous terms of ACS-Control-System GmbH.<\/p>\n

      Please also note that our bank details have changed. We kindly ask you to take the new payment information into account for future transactions and to update your master data accordingly:

      1. Purchase orders<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Orders placed with ACS-Control-System GmbH for delivery from July 1, 2026, onwards will automatically be handled by Senseca Germany GmbH. The same applies to orders placed by us.<\/p>\n

        1. Tax ID numbers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          As of the date of registration of the merger, ACS-Control-System\u2019s VAT identification number will no longer be valid. As of that date, the following VAT identification number must be used: DE286993999.<\/p>\n

          Please update your records and systems accordingly by the effective date of July 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

            Your current contacts will remain available to you as usual. You will continue to work with the same trusted experts.<\/p>\n
