The transaction includes the transfer of all shares of ACS Control-System to Senseca. ACS will continue operating under its existing brand during a transitional integration phase.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Eggenfelden, ACS has built a reputation for developing high-quality, IoT-ready products used to measure level, pressure, temperature, and flow. These solutions are widely applied in water management, energy production, pharmaceuticals, and mechanical engineering.<\/p>\n

The acquisition is part of Senseca\u2019s broader strategy to expand its industrial offering and address the growing demand for smart, sustainable automation solutions. \u201cACS adds important technologies to our portfolio and strengthens our ability to deliver complete measurement systems,\u201d said\u00a0Christian Unterberger<\/strong>, CEO of Senseca. \u201cThis supports our goal of helping customers automate processes and make better decisions based on reliable data.\u201d<\/p>\n
