ACS Control-System has made a good name for itself in this market – as a medium-sized company that started out as a 3-person operation over 30 years ago!

20 YEARS OF HYDROLOG® – A SPECIAL SUCCESS STORY
20 years ago, ACS Control-System GmbH was one of the first in this market segment to develop a long-term stable level measurement system that can withstand the often adverse conditions on rivers, lakes and hydropower plants. Here you will find a brief history of our water level measurement system.


THE LATEST GENERATION YEARS HYDROLOG® AND DATA LOGGER DLF4
We have been installing the latest generation of LTE-M, NB-IoT and EGPRS modules in the HLF since the start of 2022.
The advantage of this is that the NB-IoT network in particular provides network coverage in places where no other mobile phone reception is possible. The penetration depth is extremely high, meaning that you can usually transmit from underfloor measuring points without an additional antenna, for example.
Our customers do not have to decide in advance which type of module is required. ACS data loggers automatically switch between the available bands.Vorteil davon: Gerade durch das NB-IoT-Netz hat man an Stellen Netzwerkabdeckung, in denen keinerlei anderer Mobilfunkempfang mehr möglich ist. Die Durchdringungstiefe ist extrem hoch, sodass man z.B. aus Unterflurmessstellen meist ohne zusätzliche Antenne senden kann.
Unsere Kunden müssen sich nicht im Vorfeld schon entscheiden, welche Art von Modul benötigt wird. Bei ACS-Datenloggern wird zwischen den vorhandenen Bändern automatisch umgeschaltet.
Thanks to the integrated E-SIM card with VPN tunnel to the ACS WEB portal, the user does not have to worry about contracts and only needs to switch on the system during commissioning. The best network provider throughout Europe is automatically selected.
In addition, data transmission with these new modules is even more energy-efficient than before. We offer extremely long battery life, which we have also been able to prove and extrapolate through practical use since the market launch in 2020.
Maximum tightness of the data logger: our customers do not have to worry about leaks as our data loggers remain tight. The electronics compartment is again separated from the terminal compartment, which is ventilated via special filters, so that the electronics always remain protected. The ACS system does not require dry cartridges, which have to be constantly replaced.
Operation is simple: on site via Bluetooth, without an interface cable with a free app for Android, IOS or Windows.

Self-contained data logger with remote data transmission for wall and field mounting
Both analog and digital sensors can be connected via 7 sensor inputs. The input signals range from analog signals such as current, voltage and resistance to Modbus RTU protocols and digital inputs that can be used as counting or control signals.

HYDROLOG HLF4
Data logger for pipe installation with battery or rechargeable battery operation and mobile data transmission
The Hydrolog HLF4 is a data logger with remote data transmission. The cylindrical design allows easy installation in level pipes for level monitoring or long-term monitoring of landfills. Both analog and digital sensors can be connected via 5 inputs.
