ACS JOINS SENSECA GERMANY GMBH
ACS Control-System GmbH has officially become part of Senseca Germany GmbH as of 20 August 2025. With this step, the company strengthens its position in international markets and expands its foundation for sustainable growth.
ACS CONTROL-SYSTEM BECOMES PART OF THE SENSECA FAMILY
Senseca has acquired ACS Control-System, a German company specializing in industrial automation and measurement technology. The transaction includes the transfer of all shares of ACS Control-System to Senseca. ACS will continue operating under its existing brand during a transitional integration phase.
