Integration of ACS-Control-System GmbH into Senseca Germany GmbH

as you may already know, ACS-Control-System GmbH was became part of Senseca in August 2025. Senseca is a market-leading company in sensor technology for process & automation applications and environmental monitoring. This strategic move has strengthened our capabilities and opened new opportunities for innovation.
We are now entering the next phase of integration: ACS-Control-System GmbH will be fully integrated into Senseca Germany GmbH effective 1 July 2026.
These changes reflect our commitment to a unified global presence and to delivering even greater value through shared expertise, innovation, and sustainability.
What changes for you in our cooperation?
- Company integration
ACS-Control-System GmbH will be fully integrated into Senseca Germany GmbH as of 1 July 2026.
- Contracts and business conditions
All existing contracts, general terms and conditions, bank details, as well as terms of sale and delivery remain valid and unchanged.
- Purchase orders
Orders placed with ACS-Control-System GmbH for delivery from 1 July 2026 onwards will automatically be handled by Senseca Germany GmbH. The same applies to orders placed by us.
- Tax ID numbers
Effective July 1, 2026, our VAT identification number will be: DE286993999. Please update your records and systems accordingly by the effective date of July 1, 2026.
- Contact person
Your current contacts will remain available to you as usual. You will continue to work with the same trusted experts.
