25th anniversary ACS
ACS-CONTROL-SYSTEM GmbH looks back on more than 25 successful years as a Lower Bavarian specialist for measurement technology and control systems.
Sensors for level, pressure, gauge measurement, temperature and flow have been produced here in Eggenfelden and sold worldwide since 1990.
The origins of the company are even older, but after the company founder Hermann Stümpfl continued without his former partner in 1990 and the ACS-CONTSYS brand was founded, the young company began manufacturing high-quality industrial power supplies. The then 3-man company quickly expanded its product range: from probe relays, limit value switches, various evaluation systems, to the first level measuring devices with capacitive ceramic measuring cells, which was a real innovation in measurement technology at the time, to pressure and temperature sensors. ACS-CONTROL-SYSTEM GmbH grew over the years into a medium-sized company, now managed by Joachim Stümpfl, and specialized entirely in measurement technology. The experience gained in the development and production of sensors for tough industrial use was also used to develop a robust level meter with data collector and remote data transmission. Again, as one of the first on the market, ACS-CONTROL-SYSTEM GmbH was able to offer a really long-term stable level measurement system that could withstand the often adverse conditions on rivers, lakes and hydropower plants. In times of dangerous biogas plant accidents and flood disasters, which has particularly affected Lower Bavaria now and in recent years, ACS relies on continuous improvement and innovations in measurement technology to ensure more safety and protection through reliable, early alarms and industry and manufacturing processes to be able to keep functionally reliable and ready for use.
In addition to level measurement in hydrology and geology, ACS-CONTROL-SYSTEM now covers a large portfolio of sensors and solutions for process automation in industry, municipal water and wastewater treatment, mechanical and plant engineering, and the food and pharmaceutical industries OEM sensors for resellers and competitors.
