Level measurement in biogas plants
Continuous level measurement in biogas plants via the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid column:
The pressure is measured via a robust and highly accurate ceramic sensor and converted into an analog output signal.
The measurement signal is output via an analog output and can be further processed in the control system of the biogas plant. In addition, up to 4 adjustable limit values are possible to trigger direct control processes from the sensor. An integrated data logger also makes it possible to store up to 500,000 measured values and thus analyze the substrate feed of the last few weeks. The measured values can be read out via a Bluetooth interface and further processed in Excel.
