ACS universal resistance thermometers are based on standardized, high-quality platinum measuring resistors with a nominal resistance of 100 Ohm at 0°C, tolerance classes AA, A, B – according to IEC 60751.. ACS Pt100 sensors are characterized by high accuracy and reproducibility and are extremely reliable.

The measuring elements of the PTE are embedded in the protection tube with magnesium oxide powder and hermetically sealed. Thus, good heat transfer and vibration protection are achieved. Standard measuring temperatures are -70°C to +300°C. High temperature versions measure up to +500°C/+600°C. Cryogenic versions, special materials, special process connections as well as OEM versions are also available.
