The Precont® PK4 is a fully welded, miniaturized and HART®-programmable 2-wire pressure sensor for monitoring relative pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts.

This pressure sensor from ACS-CONTROL-SYSTEM GmbH impresses with its small design, which offers a wide range of applications, especially at constricted installation situations, in potentially explosive areas and at high temperature stress through pressure measuring ranges up to 600 bar and process temperatures up to 200° C.

In addition, the Precont® PK4 has an accuracy of 0.5%. Robustness and a long-term stable reliable measurement are assured by the metallic inner membrane and the IP69K protection. Sensor, process connection and terminal enclosure are fully welded and completely made of CrNi-steel.

Due to its high accuracy and the digital adjustability by HART® (7.0), the device can be suited for a wide variety of applications.

The Precont® PK4 is also ideally suited as an OEM product for machine and plant construction or for resellers.

Due to the miniaturized device construction with

The robust design and the high-quality workmanship turns the device into a very high quality product, which even the most adverse environmental conditions cannot affect, whether the lowest temperatures when used outdoors, extreme shock and vibration or aggressive media.

A captive laser marking of the type label ensures the identifiability throughout the entire lifetime of the device.

Obviously is the optional marking of a measurement point designation resp. TAG, a customer label or of a neutral type label, of course also per laser marking.

A factory calibration with calibration certificate and a customer specific configuration resp. preset is also optionally available like a material test certificate EN10204 3.1 or factory certifications for drink water resp. food suitability.

Customer specific special versions can be realized on request, e.g.

  • other process gasket (EPDM, NBR, FFKM, etc.)
  • special designs for the process connection
  • higher measuring accuracy, lower temperature deviation
